Airbag light and weird fault codes

Hi all

Had my alternator replaced on Friday and hvae just really given the car a drive today. I was driving along and my airbag light came on.

Got home, scanned with VAGCOM and the following came up:

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

teh ones about:
01218 - Shareware Version. To Decode all DTCs
32-10 - Please Register/Activate - Intermittent
01228 - Shareware Version. To Decode all DTCs
25-10 - Please Register/Activate - Intermittent
i have ignored in the past and never affected anything.

easiest thing to do is clear and see if they come back.
has the battery fully charged since new alternator. i only ask as you mentioned in tdi area that it had drained ( i think )

Fook, dont say my battery is buggered too!

The garage fully charged it before it went back on.

I thought it may have been codes that were a result of the alternator being changed???

I dont know how long the codes have been there, the airbag light only came on today but cant see that being related to either of the fult cosed or the ABS fault.

Im confused

not saying it is feck'd, sorry if looked like it.

back in the day i remember being told, it takes 10miles to put back in what was used to start a car. No idea if still relevant, so you may just need to clear the codes and go for a long nice drive.

Yeah I blasted it for about 50 miles today, gave it a bit of a thrash, all wihtin 70mph speed limit of course lol.

I have done about 80 miles in it since I got it back.

Damn Damn Damn Damn

Cleared the fault codes yesterday. Driving it today and the airbag light has come back on.

I havent VAGcom it yet, still at work.

Anyone else have the same problem?

My misses 206 HDI did this at the weekend [airbag fault] and it was the battery voltage to low as it had been sat a few days in the snow.
