Anyway of adjusting rear subframe alignment?

Do you mean the rear subframe for the back axle or the rear mounting points of the front sub frame?

For the front sub frame you can loosen off the mounting bolts move it in the desired direction and bolt it back up again. But TBH you won't get much movement as the bolts have little slop in the holes.
Why do you need this moved?

The equipment they stuck it on is very high tech and I doubt if most places would pick up this small variation, are the bushes difficult to do?

No bother.
TBH not too sure.
The geometry tests you have had done would point toward this if you were 100% sure you car is straight and true.
As these bushes flex to allow some passive steering i would say its would be difficult to tell when there shot.
Changing them on a higher mileage car would never be a bad thing
