• Hi Guest There will be essential maintenance on the server on Monday 10th November from 5am meaning the website will be offline for a period of time. We will do everything to ensure the downtime is kept to a minimum.
Just refilled this evening. I managed 325 miles from the tank with 37 miles left in tank according to computer.

ive gt a 57 plate formula sport and the avarage mpg is about the same as every1 was saying 38-44 but u rarely get less than 35. if ya fancy a lesuirely drive ive even had mine up2 50 mpg!!!!!!

I dont see how people are getting 38 to 44. Right now im averaging 24mpg lol. I will get it to the 40's if im really trying to conserve fuel but otherwise its nowehere near it. Although I do live in start stop areas.

poverty u drive like me mate! lol every1 else must use one tank in one go so no re-starting of the engine and drive like grannies :s

My mate gets called a granny cause he drives like a granny. Him driving fast is people driving normal.

Took him in a adventure ride in my car the other day and he said something along the lines of my car feeling more like a 2 litre than a 1.4.

I just know how to get the best out of the engine its expensive though

Drive a 2004 Ibiza Sport 1.4 4cyl 16v 100bhp.
Not to screw things up with the math, I use anywhere from 8-10 literes per 100 kilometes driven & do up to 600-750 kilometeres per full tank which after venting is usually right about 60 literes (running on 95 if that interested anyone)...
With 85k kilometeres on it the clutch has been slipping of late. Was wondering if anyone knows of any appropriate upgraded clutches I should consider?

math 1post +1post does not = better answer.

Anyway Im sure some peolpe have had clutches replaced on the 1.4, but why would you need it if the car is standard?

what Guinness? its a MPG tread not a clutch thread... but no point upgradein clutch unless ur going to add a turbo to it as other mods wont make any diff to the clutch.. :)

1st I apologize if my clutch question got things off track. Next the double posting had somthing to do with the server had no intent of wasting time or space.
If some of the 1.4 100hp model wouldn't mind chiming in I'll create a new thread 4 my clutch question...
