Buddy no disrespect to yourself as we all have to start somewhere but do yourself a favour and get a qualiified mechanic to do all the work.
i have...lol... my mate is a mechanic works for aa and is self employeed too..cars been at the unit for a month i havent seen it since then..

The engine has to be removed to measure/machine the engine for new bearings, rods and pistons, if all four rods are bent there is nothing I would put back in.
I would also try and look for the reason why all the engine went tits up in the first place?

Either you have a fueling issue or your map is spiking boost too high and the torques killed your rods.
Personally i would reuse every thing you have and just replace the rods, bearings, gaskets and filters, give consideration to the exhaust valves also. No need to replace the engine at all. I don't understand how all four rod clearances were measuring the same though
, considering two were bent out of alignment.
And get rid of that dodgy remap.

the map is unknown as it was on the car when i bought it,.ive bought a new bam head which is here anyway and order new headgasket,rod bearings,oil pump and headbolts through audi..
and going to buy ina rods tonight.

I am unsure how you can advise him to reuse all the components when there is a fair chance that detonation has caused this damage?

well i dont have the money todo that yet...so what im going todo is go for a apr free trail to return my map back to stock for a while...
seems the best option for the time being
