its angled in towards the driver a bit, it can be painted any colour, this one is a bit rough, but i was rushing lol, i can make 1 now, i dont know prices except that the gauge costs 20 lol

mate, how much with out the gauge as i already have a vdo white faced one. looks neat, i like the idea of it facing the driver. what sort of price we looking at?

i might of missed this in my quick glimpse through the thread but how come you don't want a pillar pod? Not a fan I take it?

half and half on them mate, but ones you just stick on your dash, pillar pods and losing a vent don't really do it for me, not gonna be happy however i do it lol!

ideally i want one of the vents like awesome do for the golf that still leave you with the vents in tact!!!

There is a mount that puts the gauge on top of the steering column cover, but it isn't 100% apparently.

How easy are they to make up yourself?

dont buy the one that sits on the steering column. I got one from Awesome and it wasn't quite right. Fair play though they refunded me the money without and issues. It didn't quite fit was a couple of mm to tight so popped up and the colour match was not very good in day light.
