got it out with a lot of determinaton..took a while of sitting about with the ratchet and screwdriver..one of the threads is mashed in the hub, so its being helicoiled tomorrow..what a nightmare! On the positive side, should be putting the fmic saturday

Well, got my FMIC sorted yesterday:

Looks good mate! The difference in size is just silly! How much difference do you think the FMIC will make, just as a straight swap? (eg. BHP and/or Torque?)
Not 100% sure at this point, think i. Have a slight leak somewhere so need to get the bumper off and tighten them all up, feels about the same but intake temps around 20degrees
So probably a bit more power? Looks awesome too...I will use my Liquid to get a readout once I've checked the hoses Mike, I know it was running around 163bhp beforehand.
On another note, my SuperPro Poly Torque Arm Bush arrived today, will whack that on next weekend.

im going to re-check my hoses at weekend John, im not boosting as high and it seems to run out of steam a bit early, so think one of the hoses might need tightening up, does that sound about the right sort of action?
i was think t same mate. Will take the bumper off saturday and check all the joins are clamped up properly.

Now running fully synth
Once it was all done I realised I hadn't cleaned the Ibiza in 2 weeks with all the work..so I cleaned it and got a decent shine
