Filled the online contact form @ Seat UK on the 23rd, to tell you the truth i wasn't expecting any reply but got this back today...

Thank you for your recent contact regarding the CO2 emissions from your vehicle.

In order to supply you with the information you require please contact our certificate of conformity on 0800 072 3563, they will
be able to provide the correct details for your vehicle, which you will be able to pass on to the DVLA.
