Hey, i can get my hands on some cupra front seats, i am just wondering if ther are any better than the FR ones or the same just with cupra on them?

as far as im aware all the seats facelift or prefacelift are the same just different covers. it could be wear which has caused the difference
wicked! i dont think that i am going to bother changing them then would be a waste of money

Cupra owner say the FR ones wear better cos of the stitching, one thing that is better I thought yay! Is this person selling any more cupra interior?!

Black headlining and the A B C and all black plastic pillars basically and sun visors and grab handles, can't find them any where every time I find a 'cupra fr breaking' on ebay the seller is an idiot and says oh they are the same thing and when I ask what colour the headlining is they say cream!
na this bloke is tidy, he has got an 55 plate tdi cupra breaking! i am having the brakes of it! you want his number? can PM him! he is in Leeds i think!
Leeds hmm not exactly local I live in Sussex near Brighton,I am not driving there to get headlining and I doubt he will post why I was looking on ebay. If he could send it then yes. Is he not selling any bits on ebay then?

it is a bit of a drive but it depends how much you want them! i didn kno that the interior is different in the cupra's to the FR's, just thought it was the seats and steering wheel!

Dunno bout that there is a seat disc changer you can buy thou, yeh it is black basically not cream. Thanks but I don't think I will I have got to pay for coilovers and bushes to be fitted so can't afford to drive to Leeds and don't have time at the mo. Slightly different trim level on some models yeh and on the facelift FR there are more differences too.
thats fair enough! yeh coilies are well worth it, i find the handling of my car before uprating it was terrible, simple seat sport strut brace and coilies = like a different car! i am finding the back end light and sketchy at the moment too, may get some larger spacers and some anti roll bars!

i kno! think its hitting the 2.5K mark but my turbo is wrecked so time for an upgrade. i have got wider wheels (Audi TT) ones on at the mo, has made the stance wider.

see, I reckon the effect of the so-called RARB is way over-hyped whereas after fitting the rear spacers the car felt more planted in faster bends
all mods are over hyped I think the rear ARB helped a fair bit but I am not going to say anything stronger than that. I think it depends of what other suspension mods you have with it, think people who do not have coilovers noticed it helped more for them. I put spacers on after the ARB and not got coilovers on quite yet.
