Cupra passenger side fog light!

Can anyone tell me if there is a bracket between the fog light and the bumper, or does the fog light attach directly to the bumper.

Can you also tell me how to remove my front bumper so i can refit my rabbit magnet passenger side fog lamp?

Thanks i have found the forge FMIC fitting guide which tells me how to remove the bumper. Have you got any idea of the part number for this bracket? I spoke to the dealer today and he said there isnt one.
