Well as Promised John turned up & 11am to get cracking and with it being a Extremly Hot day we got on it...

Well got it all built up & running plus it started first time after the priming....But when the Alan Key Damaged the Timing belt pulley its put a very small hole in the Traingle peice were the Crank pulley goes on...So it was leaking oil so il be ordering one tomorrow and taking it from there which is just timing belt...

Im over the moon now its running and the exhaust sounds lovely :D

yea hard work all day (by me) and didnt get it test drove but only time now to get new flange fitted and away it goes.

lovely day for it tho. good banter thru out

Glad to hear you've got it running again, I went 4 weeks without mine and it was torture, defo appreciate my car more now.

Glad its back tho matey. Stops ur face lookin like a smacked arse haha be good to see what its like when its got the triangle piece sorted and see how the new tb is goin :)

Nice one dude just looked at your pics and can tell what bit you need will have a look , also why have you got a new crank pulley and bolt any reason why is this what the Allen key destroyed

the crank pulley was destroyed from allen key and the bolt is a stretch bolt so was replaced.

the lower flange has a crack in it so leaks oil while its running. not a big job to replace. just time

Well John turned up this morning nice and earlier to get this new Flange crank Fitted and O-ring plus with re fitting the timing belt and other bits...

And once again started first time which i was mega please with to say the least but the Exhaust manifold is Blowing Badly to a point it wont built Power/boost but will drive mint off Boost and with normal comutting done Roughtly 8 miles or so with john sat in the passenger seat with vagcom plugged in checking all measure block ect to read what the car is doing and what temp its reaching.....Also it seemed it was miss firing on cylinder 3 & 4 according to vagcom so i lent 2 coils of john and all is fine but like i said the blowing is making it loose compression on cylinder 4 exhaust port....

The downside is ive gotta take the manifold off to renew the gasket but that the least of my worries now afrs looked Ok on Normal driving and building boost it reached 10AFR with my bosch 4 bar fitted to make them 430cc injectors i think, i can always sort it out at a later date just mega happy on a fab job john has done....

Im nearly there with it now...But still getting a Random miss firer on Cyl 3 & 4....So got to check compression and Coilpack loom as my Wotbox is wired in to it...As is the Cyl 4 injector...

Engines all in now and all together ive given it a clean but it still looks messy lol:
