Just a Quick Question for everyone..

What gain Should i be looking at with my current spec

Stage 1 map
Forge Uprated actuator
Large FMIC & Pipework
Large Jetex filter
Forge T.i.p
Forge Dump valve
Phenolic thermal gasket
2.75 blueflame Catback
N112/n249 bypass

I haven't got a Uprated Downpipe as off yet...But i know thats whats holding me back..

Just Looking to get it RR'd in a few weeks before meth,dp & stage 2

I'd look into getting uprated engine mounts Danny as you'll be wasting some power and traction as you engine will be slopping about.
Also forge MAP pipe removes the restriction that the OEM pancake MAP pipe gives you.
A uprated DP will help but its really the exhaust manifold thats the major restriction in the exhausting system, I believe it flows worse than the KO3 one, as proven by Bill.

There are a few in the developement stages but still a few months off.
If you going for figures you could really get any figure you want up to 300 BHP and 300 ft-lbs, but this doesn't mean you have a very fast car.
Each to their own.
My LCR is still, on it's OEM MAP (210BHP) but stripped out, lighter 2 piece rotors, lighter fly wheel and my mate in his 270BHP 270 ft-lbs LCR couldn't get past me till very very silly numbers.
If you want a fast car there is a very different route to if you want big numbers

Im not chaseing numbers really unlike when i was with the ibiza cupra just want to get the most out of my current setup hence the Meth,dp & Stage 2 will be a little whileo off...

Im defo currently in too minds about my actutaor as i don't want to be spitting a nice Oily rod out...But i defo can see were you coming from though will,So maybe i should look at other things suspension & braking qauiltys instead of just power Gains....

Im going to be logging the LCR tonight what Measuring Blocks should i do on the lcr as i haven't done this since i got the Leon

did couple quick logs but battery died and dannys tires are that crap just snap soon as came on boost lol

I keep getting this code willie

17705

17705/P1297/004759 - Pressure Drop between Turbo and Throttle Valve (check D.V.!)

Possible Symptoms
Power Loss

Possible Causes
Leaking hoses and/or pipes between components
Check Boost Pressure Control Valve (N249)

Possible Solutions
Check hoses and/or pipes between components
Check / Replace Boost Pressure Control Valve (N249)
Check / clean Throttle Valve, do Throttle Body Alignment

Special Notes
Did anyone fitted an extra (wrong) dump valve?

Also What boost is it peaking at?

your hitting 22PSI but then is drops to 17PSI

Try only logging boost and RPMs to allow the sample rate to be quicker to see whats happening between 3760 and 5200 RPM's
