Call in the FBI. They've obviously hit him over the head with a spanner, wrapped him in underfelt (held together with packaging tape), put him in the boot, and are probably somewhere about the Kalahari desert now digging a hole.
Either that or they've done a deal where he doesn't mention anything further.

The reality is people bitch & moan, especially when job satisfaction is low and people are underpaid. It's understandable, but not excusable that someone thinks it ok just because they are not customer facing.
I really don't expect much of Seat after sales these days from any of the main franchises, I have no regrets of buying my car but I regret dealing with a main stealership again.
