All you have to do is take the engine cover off. Then remove the 1 use clips on the 25mm connections on the dump valve. Remove bosch oem dv and replace with 007, using 2 new jubilee clips.
Job done ;)

There is a small pipe on top of the dv use a 10mm clip for that. its very self explanetary when you see it.

as mentioned before use new clips when installing new dv

Its so easy

So how long do you reckon it would take to swap it over? Also is this the same thing for a "flutter" valve?

The flutter noise is usually wastegate chatter through the air filter.

New valve is very easy to fit....its getting the stupid single use clips off the old one thats the pain.

if someone asked me to fit one and had the new jubilee clips ready id say it would take less than 5 mins and that wouldnt be rushing it.
Of course ive done this before so its easier than for a first time...
As above the tricky bit is removing the old clips on the pipes as these are once fit types.
