EPC and TCS on every day

Hi, im new to this forum after years of owning subarus, ive bought a mint w reg leon 20vt sport cheap as a runabout. i hit a fox in my first week of ownership so i fitted a cupra r front bumper and was all set for buying side skirts and rear bumper when the epc and tcs light came so ive searched this site and changed things people recomend like d/v, temp sensor, new maf sensor, but it still happens .I get the code 17743 driving torque control 2 adjusting limit exceeded . it only happens on very gentle throttle, slight miss, lights come on, car dies .I know people have had this problem but has anyone sorted it

Has your car got a remap by any chance? GIAC?

17743 Engine torque monitoring control limit exceeded
- Check hose setup; MAF; Intake Air Temp sensor; Engine Coolant Temp Sensor

But browsing Vortex, GIAC seems to be common with this fault

The car has had a remap, i changed the maf and the cooling sensor yesterday took it for a spin went like a train, left it for an hour drove home a mile down the road epc + tcs lights come on (doh) set of again the temp stayed @ 60 pulled over temp climed to 90, set of again dropped back to 60 .Can i check the IAT sensor or will i have to replace it.

not sure what remap is it was done by turbochip ??????
