Yes they will work fine, also if you fit a MFA stalk you will have a working MFA (apart from oil temp and outside temp

I guess so I could have an idea of how competetive it would be... Knowing my luck - a huge swarm of ibaza owners will bidd for it in the last 1/2 hour!! Fingers crossed! I don't half moider!

Will the MFA work on mine? If I buy the MFA wiper stalk too? Or will I need the wiring loom out of a '97-98 Ibiza for it?
you will need to run 4 wires from the stalk to the clocks then you will get:~
time traveled
milage coved
av speed
av MPG
if you want to get oil temp and outside temp it can be done with fitting two new sensors and running some more cables.

ah ok thanks! so do these 4 wires come with the wiper stalk, say if I got it off a GTi in a scrappy? Just need to connect them into the connector block do I?

been a whiile since i had mine apart to be honest but i can get a pic the weekend if you need one - only a couple of screws to remove to get at it
i would start with an MFA switch stalk and see what's different wires wise on yours first but i would consider the fact thaty all the info in the mfa is supplied via extra sensors etc round the car
fuel flow
outside temp
oil temp
etc
i would say for sure it's not gonna be a plug in and away job and gonna be a fair few wires etc to add in just for a few options that are not that accurate anyway to be honest
