rear one is easy peasy mate, clamps to rear bar via the clamps you will have got, then attatches to the bottom of your struts...

front a little harder as youll need to drop the subframe.
 
i did the fronts on my old cavalier gsi and after the new ones were in it handled like a bag of sh*t and needed tracking up.
 
i'm not questioning that you don't or meaning to sound funny when i say this but why.

A thread is never that close that its an interference fit (but some special occasions) so when dropped and then offered up again they may not line up exactly or be under force pulling/pushing when doing up
This small discrepancy maybe enough to alter tracking thus handling, tyre wear, etc.
If things need very small tolerances or difficult to adjust then they are usually dowelled
I dont understand the didnt appreciate this either
