Fitting New Standard Mk3 Bumper - How?

I've had someone go into the back of me in the ice at around 20mph and has thus scratched my rear bumper. I'd quite fancy replacing the bumper myself as I'm a practical person (just have never done much with cars).

A ) Could someone tell me how to take the current rear bumper off and fit a new one?
B ) Do I need any 'specialist' tools for this job?
C ) Any recommendations where I can purchase a new (or at least as-good-as-new) silver 51-plate Ibiza 1.4 Cool rear bumper?
D ) Are there any bumper 'clips' which may be broken and would also need replacing? The bumper is not hanging off, it's just popped away a tad on the driver's side.
D ) How much would this work (i.e. labour + parts) cost for someone like kwik-fit to do?

to take the rear bumper off is very easy there is to 10mm nuts in the boot and the torx bolts that run down the inside of the rear wheel arch

tools needed :- 10mm socket+rachet and a torxs screwdriver/bits
you can do the job yourself rear bumper can be off in 10 mins
have a look on tebay for a bumper as there are plenty of ibizas been broken even some cupras
as for the clips i think it is the running guide on the bumper that has broken off but time will tell when you take the bumper off

Wow thanks for that chris_200120vt! How much does a "running guide" cost and what do I search for (say on ebay) to track one down for my car? Is this again a simple install like the bumper is?

Many thanks for your help, much appreciated!
