I'm not sure I understand you, but since the last update of the Alexa application in the store of my Formentor I can now make it work by voice while driving. Which is just normal for an assistant. previously Alexa only worked when stopped.

Unfortunately the app doesn't appear in the store here, the only way to get it is via the my.seat website but that fails at the final point when you "pay" for it (it's free but you have to click through the pages)

Before I lose much more time battling with Cupra, can you tell me if Alexa Routines work with it?

Yes perfectly work ! I use only this for my domotic house (Door garage, light, parking, ...).
Routines vocals answers work also.

1804 is the very latest version but that seems to be on the MY22 builds.

1803 seems to be the latest for MY21

I'm on 1803 and was able to install Alexa earlier this week via the MyCupra portal after a coupe of weeks of errors. Once I'd manage to make the purchase (although its free) Alexa appeared in the car and installed in no time. After logging in I had access to all my music and it also integrates with the navigation which is neat, given Alexa voice control is way better that the native Cupra

Car was bought new last week and came with the update installed. I confirm the car is working brilliantly, infotainment loads up quick and all systems work correctly including the ACC.

Yes I’m uk and yup the sign recognition works as it should.

May sound dumb ,but can you play from amazon music using alexa ? i pay for amazon music /prime just wondering ?

Yes I’m uk and yup the sign recognition works as it should.

ive done about 250 miles in my car mainly very local but lots of speed changes all seem ok so far. hardware H56 software 1804, display unit H43
nav database. 20.7 media codec 3.1.4

mine is MY22 but has a different nav database ,,is an over the air like it used to be on my BMW ? mine is on 20.7

Alexa sorted and working ,I just made my phone a hotspot to use its data and bingo it works ,only tried music so far works great .
im guessing unless you pay for a cupra data plan this is the only way.
