Mine arrived 5 days ago, and was with 1804. Have got the issue (in the UK), with the ACC detecting cars on my inside, and slowing down, it feels really dangerous .. is this something that can be fixed by a dealer?
I also got mine last week, with the same 1804 software. I think we'll have to wait until 1810 becomes available before we see any improvements.

Not at the moment. Apparently 1810 is imminent and hopefully should fix it. I wont use ACC until its fixed.

All Major Dealer only updates such as moving from v1804 to v1810 which will need to be at the dealers for 4-5 hours.

OTA updates are only minor updates.

And I would hope on a new car, this would be done free of charge? How do we know when/if this issue will be fixed?

Updates are FOC and you should be contacted by your local dealer BUT don’t expect them to be in touch quickly.

Best way to ensure the update gets I stacked is to keep in touch with your dealer yourself.

I'm on 1803. Took the car in to the dealership to ask them about 1810 and whether they could put me on the latest software version due to issues to misreading of road signs, infotainment slow and occasionally crashes, I probably also suffer the ACC issues but have never turned them on because of the faults we know exist. The Technician said he would take a look and let me know what they could do. When I picked the car up all they had upgraded was the infotainment software and I was left on 1803. I queried this and the Technician said the Cupra have advised no upgrades from 1803 to 1804 as it "does not solve anything" and that I should wait for 1810. He didn't have a date for 1810 but thought in the new year, and they would be in touch.

Slightly off topic, but how often are people getting OTA updates, I haven't had any since the day I had the car delivered (End of September), I check the system information (Update page) but there never seems to be anything there.

I picked my car up last Friday and it instantly wanted to update OTA. Still 1804, just minor tweaks.

Hi all . I bought my car about 2 weeks ago .
But my car is 2nd hand just 2000km.
I can't see the navigation menu in my car
Is it updated or is it not supported by my vehicle?
And I can't connect to the internet in any way.
Thank your for your help

Would the 1890 update be an OTA, or a dealer only option. Really hope its an OTA
