i ground a gear at low rpm about 4k and first just went no sounds just lost first. was so wiered just spoke to them and a women said my cars in the air with the box out so im guessing its internal. im saying selector fork. hopefully its all cover.
knowing my luck it wont be!

Oh yeah, You will have to make up your own plates to move the rad back as I welded mine in place and couldnt really make a template, It should be easy enough though. I moved it back 3cm
I havent got any of the steel tube I used to make my cooler bracket left but I have some rectangular bar that looks like it will do the job.
I took some dimms of mine so I will try and make you one up in the next week or so.

Update collect my car on Friday free of charge totally fresh reconditioned box!
All they said is their was a problem with second gear.
Thank god I don't have to pay 500 pounds hay

few updates for you chaps. finished work at 2. so got on with taking my old cooler off and fitting my new toyosports one few pics.

this ones with the rad moved back as far as it can go.

bit more room than before.

but now the weathers coming in so im backing up. at least ill save cash on not driving my car around

also update my cars back gearbox fixed it was the syncro ring on second gear. but they siad my car is no longer under thier warrenty as it has too much power for the box! o well it runs mint.

yer tell me about it major cop out. they really dont like me anymore. thier was a sense of this when i picked the car up after all they did a days work for free. to realise on the test drive it was a pretty fast hatch. the guy told me it wont last very long with that much torque.
they just threw me the keys and pretty much said dont come back lol o well.

i thought the boxes are ok for hybrid setups must have been me giving it hell knowing full well i had a warrenty. no more of that.

another intercooler update got it all mounted and bumper cut after work today heres where i got to before the rain got me. 2 hours work not bad.
i dident make the bracket in the end james kindly copyed his and sold me one. legend saved me a lot of time. thanks james!

bumper all cut in dident have to take a lot off im hoping to keep my fogs but we will see when pipes come.

old vs new lets hope it cools my hyrbid setup down a little more power torque who know. was loosing 5psi top end. 26spi spike settle to only 19 at redline. maybe after this it will hold like a stone.
