From LC to LCR to K1

Hi Guys,

I have just upgraded from a Leon Cupra to a Leon Cupra R.
I had the LC remapped, with a CC stage 1, but realised that unless I do major engine mods, it would never be much more than a standard LCR.
SO, after seeing my LCR for £4551.00 at Evans Halshaw in Bury, and buying her WITHOUT even test driving her she was mine.
She neeeds a few minor bits, like the cambelt/waterpump and clutch/flywheel changing.
Anyway if anyone know the back ground of PN03 DOU, please get in touch.

shame you didnt negotiate the waterpump cam belt as part of sale or got it discounted...

Getting half the cost back for it the cambelt, but won't help with the clutch!

Wait till the clutch is completely buggered mate to get it replaced.Cambelts a must though.

Looking good - I have a soft spot for black LCRs Saw on that last pic that the splitter has been taken off. You awaiting a new one, or just a design choice?

It was missing when I bought the car, still waiting for the dealer to send replacement.
So I went to Francis Seat in Leicester. £24.82 inc vat, and 5 minutes to fit.

Yeah I redid mine after all the snow/potholes over the winter. Just got it from the dealer in St Albans and quite nicely the bodyshop chap said he'd stick it on for free for me, which was nice. But a nice new one looks a lot nicer than the scuffed up and cracked one it replaced. Remap wise, I'm no expert, but I think it depends on what type of map you want, with diff companies having diff profiles. When I can get some money together to uprate some parts, would love to do a stage 1... But baby due at end of Aug, so may be a while

Well I've had my car for 8 days, and some utter B*****D has gone and keyed my F*****G passenger door! WHY!
Luckily I had some Turtle wax polish with that chipstick.
It's not brilliant, but it's hidden most of. You can still see if it, if you get close up.
But just can't get over people have to do this.

Damn, what a bunch of losers. Some people just have nothing better to do. Idiots. I know that you will notice it, but I bet 99% of people you show your car to wont. When its gleaming and clean, it'll still be awesome looking!
