Front Areo wiper conversion part numbers

i'm well impressed with this site! i now have all the knowledge i need to convert my standard rear wiper on my LCR, but i cant stop there and do a half ass job!!
does anybody know the best conversion for front wipers?
part numbers and prices would be golden!!!!!

I know you want to do a proper job, but there are seriously some good universal fit bosch kits around.

They look really tidy,

www.aceparts.com also do a good set, choose the mk4 golf kit, iv got these.

The VW stealers do some replacement aero blades for the mk4 golf, they go straight on and cost about £20.

I've got them on in this pic.

i want to convert my wipers to the new style (flat) wipers...do the blades daboy3000 mentioned fit onto the standard arms?

if this isn't the case then i'll probably have to buy the mk5 golf arms and blades which i have been told should fit...
