Front fog light cover.

Do any of you guys know if the covers around the front fogs is meant to have the holes at the sides without cover pieces over them.Just looks a bit odd as the adjuster screw or whatever is partially visible.Standard fr bumpers.You can clearly see the hole either side of the fogs.
Are they supposed to have little grommet type covers ?

yep, i can see mine.

Just looked at mine, hole through a "solid" honeycombe, screw visible when praying in front of car
