That will be great for road mate. I've got all the links at home will send some over later..
I had ebc elipitcally grooved discs and ds2500 pads fitted and the pads ate the discs. I now have ebc turbo grooved discs with pagid pads and there just as good as the much dearer ds2500s for everyday driving with the odd blast. Saves me £100 a time every time I need new pads as well.
Yeah standard EBC discs won't be as good as the turbo grooved Ultimax discs, that's what I used on track and they took it well. Loads of life left and heated up well without fading in a 20min session. Motul RBF660 fluid is quality too.

I spoke to a few folk that had used both and they all said the standard discs are just as good as the grooved or Ultimax ones. They look cooler, sure, but the extra cost wasn't worth it IMHO. The grooves don't really do anything other than maybe channel the dust away faster; the actual material the disc is made from is just the same as the plain discs.
I wouldn't bother with the Motul fluid for road use, regular stuff will be fine. That said, price up enough of the standard stuff against the Motul stuff, if there's not that much in it then you might as well for peace of mind.
My car has only ever been a fast road car and when I get a good day for it it's made to work hard on a good run. I've never had brake fade using standard fluid, whatever SEAT supplied me last time.
Grooved clean the pads, channel out mud and water etc, they also run a tad cooler, bar that there isn't an advantage in stopping power over decent plain discs. Mine did not fade at all on track though for 20mins of hard use, which did impress me.
If you replace with the proper OEM stuff you'll be fine for normal road use. Standard Brembo discs aren't cheap but again they are good and will be fine if running with good pads and decent fluid.
The Brembo's are good out the box. Just got to remember to keep ontop of fluid changes aswell as doing the discs/pads.

Wicked cheers. Went out a bought a boost gauge today. Before I buy the pod are there any other gauges you would recomend
Oil temp gauge! Very handy. I have boost and oil temp in a double pillar pod. Wouldn't have the car without them now..
I did think this however would rather spend the money elsewhere, but thought it best to find out what the turbo is doing. I still cant find the poxy oil temp gauge anywhere. I am looking for it to match the boost gauge. it has a white background.
