Ibiza cupra PD160 Revo limp mode in 6th gear

I'm wondering what is causing my mk4 PD160 ibiza cupra to go into limp mode. It tends to happen at low revs in 6th gear.

I don't get any errors and have replaced the MAF about 6 moths ago. It has only happened 4 times, but that is in the last few weeks.

I've read the forums and people suggest N75 sensor. Please can someone look at my vag-com readings and let me know is there is anything suspect.

Do you think the pipes are ok?

Does this Look normal? When I first press the throttle?

1974 2388 1692 26.7 there seems to be quite a difference between Spec. intake press and Actual

Any ideas, would that suggest N75?

By the way, this was in 3rd and doesn't cause limp mode.

I seemed to have fixed it and the car performs much better.

I used vag com to recalibrate the MAF and EGR .

Did another check but still overbosting. Going to take into AMD to get the VNT can ERG checked / cleaned.

It does seem to run much better now. Maybe putting the VNT into test mode, loosened something.

Mine would overboost in any gear if you kept the boost up, turned out it was overboosting badly due to mapping/wrong hybrid turbo. Too much pressure was building up in the turbo and sent the car into limp mode.

This was just the MAF. The pipercross filter let water in . Back to standard paper filter and all good again.
