I am guessing he is not then if he is getting the sensor error codes as the map has not mapped the 2nd lambda sensor out

lol...reason I asked was because I didn;t feel like re-reading the first 3 pages.
good call, guess it could be the decat then. Could well be that with a proper cat or 200 cell the lambda's would work fine though.
When the decat exhaust was fitted the old sensors were used, i cant imagine that did them much good as they were not easy to get out!
There was no other fault codes just the 2 exhaust sensors. The car runs fine on idle just every now and then the revs will slightly pulse for a few seconds then settles back.
Camparing my troubles to the symptoms on the post from DPJ, i defo have higher emissions, which i would say is a bold up of crap and not something major. When i slam my foot to the floor the turbo kicks in and out about 3 times around 4000 revs in all gears which i would call an aggressive hesitation. Cant say i have noticed in increase in fuel usage, and he has never cut out. It definatley sounds like these are the problem. Hey ho lets see what happens tomorrow.

that was a rookie error admitting that, there will be a sudden build up of help now on this thread, now the guys on here know you are a girl
Lamba sensors are changed and there is a definate improvement on the overall running of the car but it still has the boost problems around 4000 revs, which has not improved at all.
There is nothing else i can do, everything has been replaced with new that could have caused any problems. Can only be the map, will have to wait till the 28th now.

Im not very happy at all. Took my car to Chip Wizard @ Milnrow this morning (after a month of trying to get hold of him, then waiting a month till the appoinment) just to pick it up at 5 to be told he had done nothing with it. Apparently my car is dangerous and too low!!! This is the same car that he remapped 4 months ago, nothing has changed apart from the fact i didnt have £500 cash in my hand. He also told me i should be greatful the car is running and only got boosting issues 
Is it just me or for my £500 pounds i shouldnt even have boosting issues. The car was MOT'd 1 month ago with not 1 warning, im going back to the MOT place tomorrow to see what they say. Feel stuck with the car now and dont even want to drive it, can see no end.

It was the boss i spoke to, Wayne. He was told what i thought but he really couldnt give a sh*t, im 7 stone, size 8 he isnt a little bit scared, my bloke is 6 foot but when it comes to an argument he is a right fanny and he is the first to admit it. This bloke knows what he is doing and i dont see why i should pay sombody else for what i already paid him to do.

lets not quite go down the "My dad is bigger than your dad" route yet....
Difficult to prove it is their fault, but IMO chip wizards are not a reputable tuner I would choose to work on my car.
I know thats not what you want to hear right now, but if everything has been replaced then this may be an issue
I know its extra money, but have you been to one of the more reputable tuners, to get them to look over it, and at least look at any other further possibilities (get the pro's on it so to speak, not that I am saying you are not of course
) and if you explain your case to them, they may be able to shed a bit of money on a remap for you and get the shite chip wizards map off the carDDC_

I am having similar problems with my car at the moment. I replaced the spark plugs, coilpack, maf sensor, secured all boost pipes. Sometimes the car cuts out when started and takes until the 2nd attempt, other times its fine. When I take it easy getting up the revs the car will cruise at any speed. However if I put the foot down, it shudders back and forth and I can't boost. You can feel the turbo spooling up and see on the boost gauge its ready to boost. Mine has been remapped aswell. What do you think the problem is the ecu, n75j valve or something else?

you need vagcom and logs to see whats adapting fuel wise, as this may indicate airleaks.. or other component fault.

got any logs whilst its doing this?
CF's pinging? any knock sensor signal error probs?
had an LCR with misfire/surge and it was knock sensor wiring..
