Ibiza pd 100 info

Has anyone out there got a modded MK4 Ibiza TDi 100? Just bought one (which meant selling my beloved Golf 2 16v), and I'm a bit new to this diesel thing, so some info is required (and sorry if I'm the 500th person to ask!).

I'll soon be getting it remapped, and I've read a few things about fitting a cupra TDi intake...anyone know (before I buy) if this'll fit the pd 100 as well as the pd 130? And any other suggestions for similar mods prior to the new map?

Another thing I've noticed is that the front end is pretty low as standard (I've heard it scraping over those horrible, narrow speed bumps the council love building). Is this normal? Cos I'd thought about sportier springs but but don't fancy a broken sump!

Any general pd 100 advice would be much apprieciated.

yip cupra intake fits as is a good mod , as in a green panel filter 35quid or so from badger5 on here

yeah there has been some previous discussion about PD100 tuning so by all means search in the TDI and TDI tuning section and you should get some good results.

Mine has the 160 PD intake and green filter the Forge FMIC and a custom map and bloody flies along.
and still returnes over 50mpg

just to bring everyonr up to date

It's done 40,000 miles now (55 plate)

had the intercooler and remap on since it had done 3000 miles

And it has been tottaly faultless in every way performance is great and the fuel economy outstanding,

I'm selling it and getting a Fr 130 ibiza next so the FMIC will be moving house
