Infotainment 1969 update

I just updated to 1969, and have more problems than i had before, especially wireless android auto keeps disconnecting, sometime taking 1-2 minutes to reconnect.

Is it safe (safe as updating) to downgrade to some previous version to see if that helps at least with AA ?
Or should i just wait for working 1988 files ?

My hardware version is H56
Device part number is 5FA035862R

How can I update to 1969 or newer? Can anyone help me?
Where can I download the update?

I wish to update the unit's firmware, unable to do so over OTA. And since under warranty, I tried at the dealers, with no luck.
