where did you get your car remmapped amd? not sure if ive asked that before but i want mine remmapped very soon.

i had mine mapped by custom-code. They are all much of a muchness, some offer minor benefits over others. Yer, i won't be jumping into anything without looking ath the future tuneability

impulled between the two formula one brighton or amd. i would choose power torque but the distance is massive for a saving of £100 which id probally use in petrol.

custom code is very good, and is closer to you, takes about 30mins, think they have got a 30% discount still running atm iirc
really thought that was January only? I will only go when the price goes down again a bit.
As you say formula one is good and if it's a stage 1 remap they are generic aren't they so not much point spending even more on fuel driving out of the way to somewhere else?

yep the deal is still on 30% discount or 20% if they come to you.
£312 for my car with the discount i think thats a bargain pretty sure thats for your car aswell aimee. just hate the drive to brighton but it would be worth it.
the drive back will be much more fun than the drive there.

only 15 mins drive for me. Really need to leave it until last really as worry I will be bored of the car after a remap and one of the biggest things can be done but going to shell out for a detail soon needs to be done.

yer still got it mate, had a fair bit of interest but I am now having second thoughts and possibly going to go for a hybrid conversion to about 290BHP should be interesting, how is your car coming along mate? Done much to it recently?

got a whiteline rear arb and forge tip. thats it at the moment got to get a scratch sorted out as some little f##k#r decided to scratch all the cars down my road.
now my car has a nice space on the drive which has taken about a week to build.
miltek turbo back next after the scratch is sorted then stage two map.
glad your thinking of keeping the car would be a shame to lose a local ibiza owner lol.

be very carefull about getting black scratches repaired as it needs to be done properly otherwise will look ****. Just a tip, once it has been done, take it into the sun and have a look. I think you have to do the turbo back and the MAP at the same time so not to void the warrenty on the exhaust.

+1 worth every penny think theres a group buy at the moment with awesome gti.
its getting done properly im without my car for 3 days now though but its costing a lot less than birchwood ford in bexhill quoted me thought id ask them as there the only insurance approved bodyshop round here i know of.
£405 they wanted jokers. £150 im getting it done for and it will be a proper job as ive winessed the work for myself.
yep rear ARB really good mod, easy to fit as well (check you have the right bits before fitting Whiteline sent the wrong size nuts and the wrong size U bolts) I couldn't tell about the U bolts until fitting thought as hard to tell, Awesome were really good and got it sorted but best to check as its easy to get excited and just start fitting anyway!

Well its been a while since i have last been on since regretably selling my much loved FR, but i have now bought myself a new toy.....

Plans are:
Front Mount Intercooler

De-Cat / sports cat Pipe.
PH2 Map, or hybrid turbo (300BHP + )
It was bought from a fellow SCN member "stucupra r" fantastic paint work, been detailed and very well looked after from what i can tell.
