Wow! 25 psi is alot for a ko3! I bet its blowing so much hot air because its so far out of its efficiency that you are actually losing power in comparison to those that are at 18'ish psi! I would turn that boost down straight away.

ive got a standard ko3 turbo and intercooler with revo stage two sps hight flow manifold turbo back 3inch exhaust jetex exhaust dv, and mine will hold 24/25 psi all day! beats focus st etc!
