LCR alloy problem

my LCR is a year old and done 7k,

the wheels are flaking paint. and arfter a presure wash today moore came off. they are not corroded. and they havent been refurbed.

is this a common fault??

they are also flat and the paint on them is crap.

good thinking, im the second owner though so they mite try and fight they have had a refurb, although they havent,
