LCR splitter now fitted

hi. i know i asked this questino but wasnt sure form the reply, would the splitter fit the toledo (new)?

I have fitted one to my mk4 fr and found it quite an easy thing to do and also cheap

I think you will be the first to fit one to a new tolly if you have a bash

fitting will prob be very easy as it is with the bizza due to the flexibility of the plastic

I would recommend going onto the leon forum and asking an lcr owner to measure the splitter with a tape measure, then measure your front bumper to see if the splitter will potentially fit

the splitter is too long for the bizza without the ends trimmed off so fingers crossed it will be long enough to wrap around your tolly bumper

mine has had the ends trimmed of mate so thats why he needs to ask an lcr owner who has one that is complete

yeah but its centrally heated in my garage, she's all warm and cozy

Just phone your local dealer up and ask for the part number. Took 24 hours for it to arrive. Perhaps less than that!!
Cost me about £20 INC VAT. And somthing like £1.80 for 18 self tapping screws from B&Q. simple!
They call it a spoiler, not a splitter. Well thats what was on the invoice.

Think the part number has been said earlier on in the post.....

But yes! nice, cheap, effective mod!! well worth it and reccomend it.

All the pics are for the new shape. How about the 2005 shape bumpers. Has anyone got one fitted to one of them?

it should do. if you have a look in the pics/videos section, there is a toldeo with the full leon cupra r bumpers on it so im guessing the splitter shud fit on the toledo no problem at all. like the ibiza though, it may require some bending and cutting

without trying to sound dumb, i take it you just ring up seat and ask for the splitter! how long do they take to arrive?

right am gonna get my finger out and get measurements of the tolly bumber post in leon, wait for the replies and go (i hope) look about a splitter!!! whats the word on colour coding or would it be waste of time/money? know couple men who do LOADS of body work, one for 35yrs at it! needless to say free painting...........he he.

I take it you just go to your local Seat dealer and ask them to order it in for you? How long does it usually take?
