Leon Cupra Rocker Cover Gasket

My wifes leon cupra (AUQ) has just started leaking oil from the rocker gasket. I've got one on order. Just wondering has anyone changed one before? What is the tightening sequence for the bolts? Will I need some gasket sealent?

I changed the rocker cover gasket on my LCR over xmas.

Took me about 2 hours to do it, from start to finish.

I just used the rubber gasket from VW/Audi (£24 for the rocker cover gasket, and also the cam tensioner gasket)

However, I think I need to redo it, and this time use some RTV sealant, as I think it's leaking again !!! Dooh !!!
