hi ive got a 2006 fr pd170 just had a new valeo single mass flywheel clutch kit fitted and a dpf delete egr delete and stage 2 remap and have a problem when accelerating hard in 2nd build up some speed to about 20mph and at 2000 revs some times in 3rd but not as much i get a boost cut/traction control still on sort of cut out. It is fine in higher gears which is when normally boost cut out happens as its at higher boost in higher gears. note-the first time it happend was after fitted new clutch and flyhweel the day before the remap but ever since the remap bein faster accelerating does it every time i punch it in low gears its like the initial sharpness of the torque cuts somet out?? i had a look around sin somethin about a fuel pump possibly failing? any ideas really dyin to sort this appreciate any help thanks

It hapend once jus mildy the day before the map though, the map made it worse as accelerations been increased

Hold 2500 rpm in 1st then punch it? I dont normaly pull of hard in 1st due to wheelspins anoyin, but if i leave it til 2nd then pic u bout 20mph rpm at 2k then punch it its really bad an a lil in 3rd briefly but mildly, the place has done leons before even the guy who does it has the same and same map and his is fine?? Is there any diagnostics they can do see if anythings else is wrong? And who can actually map it wothout this happening?

Its the map as mentioned above...mines been back to my tuner to have it sorted once already and its going back again this week to have a new modifed again map as it wasnt sorted last time...

So back 2nd time since u had it 1st remapped? Whats was your stutter like pal? Confuses me the guy has a leon himself and has done other leons without probs

all mappers do to fix the problem is make the boost very progressive and back it off
i 100% fix the issue
go to a professional and ask for more than 27psi of boost they wont be able to do it
half of the tuners just up the boost and the fuel and when it dont work they cheat on fixing it
why do some cars smoke like hell to make 210 bhp and others dont ? boost was lowerd to stop stutter and from having low boost the car starts to smoke more
and also other things that are not touched
ill give it 4 months before my map fixes are in circulation and then all the so called professionals have found a miracle fix and offering software updates
yet i have had this cracked for over 12 months
and by teh way i did not say in first gear i said any gear try it in 3rd gear at 2500 rpm hald it at 2500 rpm up a steep hill and then mash the pedal to 100% this will replicate the issue 60% of the time

try let the mapper fix it but dont accept less power to have it fixed

Hi mate just wondering what you meant when u said mappers do to fix it is make the boost more progressive? Is that slower boost i take take it?
Ok cheers ill see what happens saturday when he has it back an go from there. If it isnt the map for instance is there anything else it could possibly be that cause similar issues?
