That sounds pretty reasonable tbh! Any clue why the maf would lose its calibration? I have no experience with tuning or the software for it. Shame you're so far man i would have given you beer money to have a look through my tune and see what you can find.
aye mate i wish i could even just get your map off your car to have a look see if theres anything going on with the maf scaling or any other reason its doing what its doing., its like £24 for a mpps v18 cable if you wanted to but if you didnt then i totally understand as theres no gurentees i'll find anything wrong and its spending more money on it when it looks like your dead set on doing away with that one.

so a wee update, managed to get a better run yesterday and the maf peaked at 184.03g/s, so puts it at 230.04bhp which is around where i thought it should be for a stage 2, so me being me  i went in and changed the LDRXN and upped the boost from 18psi peak to 20psi peak but still holding 15-16psi to redline, havent logged it with that yet but deffo got that throwing you back in the seat feel when you put the foot to the floor especially in 3rd gear so if it makes an extra couple bhp from it i'll be happy, just to put my 10mm phenolic spacer on now and get the intake temps down a bit although they are pretty good atm with 20-30s mostly but every little helps.

I also had a phenolic spacer on my MK1 Cupra, be aware that the intake manifold is not able line up with a certain bracket after that modification. But its a good supporting mod! FMIC makes more of a difference obviously

yeah i seen the big bracket thing that wont line up and obviously my dipstick holder wont either but ive found a holder that can be 3d printed so ive asked my mate if he will do that for me, when putting it on the car there is 2 studs with 2x 10mm nuts on, do they still fit through the gaskets, spacer and manifold to put the nuts on? obviously ive got the longer bolts with the kit but im not sure about the studs.
