bit late telling u this now i know, but usually its wise to get used intercoolers pressure tested. but tbh if it was the core you'd know, it would be pretty awful infact...
actual vs requested log can confirm boost leaks..but tbh easiest thing to do is just replace all the old tatty vac hose with new silicon vac hose from forge or someone. cheap and it rules it out. logs first though![]()

I'd say that the N75 is goosed, or the wastegate itself is
but do check all the vacuum piping first
you're wasting your time doing logs in 2nd gear, and argueably 3rd as well though.
