this is a pm i got from flapper as i was after them (and still am probably)

"front facia trim panel : 6K1 863 263

inner frame (holds gauges etc) : 6K1 863 253 B41

rear surround : 6K1 863 243 B B41

again ill try and get pics if i can get to my car in daylight

that console is left hand drive and needs adapting to level it up - not perfect but if you didnt know you wouldnt notice

not got prices to hand but from memory was about £25 ish"

Well went to VW yesterday the front cover there are 2 left and they cost £1.63 plus vat and the rear frame was £2.56 plus vat.... but that's discontinued

Still picked up for front cover never know may get hold of the rear part one day but gutted I found out so late..... around £5 with vat for the gauge holder!!! Bargin of a life time I think!

ahh gutted mate, i asked the guys on here Triston i think their name is and they quoted it for me i think, you might wanna try them? if not ...is it not DIY-able? cant u just put a lil bracket to hold the gauges?

Was thinking of diy'in it but got another idea which means losing an air vent..... Was tihnking of ringing around a few local(ish) VW & Seat dealers, just to see if they have one in stock???? No harm in trying I guess

Gotta get a crack on with this cage.... but just sitting inside the car looking pretty, need to weld the plates and get it bolted asap.
