Hi just been searching through site on the net and came across these:

http://www.rimstyle.com/pages/produ...=lighting;type=ultra_uni_rings_kit;id=UN00L15

It is a universal halo kit for vehicle where halo headlights havn't been designed yet, Has anyone seen these before or had dealing with them, looks like its just 4 halo rings and some wiring that connects to your existing sidelights, no mention of how it will actually attach to the inside of the headlight. Wondering what it may look like, if done well might look o.k but if doing it D.I.Y style i would have thought there would be a lot of broken headlights. What you think, crap idea or could look good if done correctly.

if done properly yer great idea but

mk3 lights are not exactly round ???

i have an account at Ultra - ill check on the details and sizes and see if there's any upcoming kit for the mk3

Yeah which was what i was thinking, also how the hell are you supposed to mount the damn thing anyways, also will they get too hot and if you fit them will they intrued on the headlight pattern, still if done properly with the black inside of the mk3 cupra headlight they would look pretty damn good, that depending on the quality and brightness of the halo lights themselfs.

if you have a round reflector they fit around the outside and blend in like a jewelled rim and stay away from the main light beam

E.G. mk2 lamp conversion

cant see if they would work on a mk3 standard twin lamp

you could always go the whole 9 yards and convert em to wrc style ? [B)]

Naaa cant see it happening not unless you only use one halo ring in each headlight and somehow mount it on the centre bulb something like this:
