MK4 Ibiza Same Suspension as MK4 Golf?

Hi All,

Can anyone tell me if the suspension (shocks & springs) taken from my FR TDi 2004 will fit a MK4 Golf?

I've tried looking on the web to find part numbers but can't find them.

doubt it because its the same plat form at a polo and the fabia, so if any i would guess that.

I was thinking the same thing as I know the Ibiza has the same chassis as the Polo so I'd guess it would be different parts to the Golf....

MK2/3 ibiza chassis is more like a mk3 golf than anything else, although the mk3 ibiza uses struts almost identical to the mk5 polo.

maybe the same as a mk6 polo? never looked that closely at either a mk4 ibiza or mk6 polo, i do know the others fairly well though incl mk4 golf.

no, it won't!
golf is the same as Leon i think, mk6 polo or skoda fabia would fit though

As said, no. Ibiza 6L is the same as Polo 9N.

well i know u could use mk3 golf running gear on a 6n polo.. as i swapped brakes and a lowering kit from a mk3 golf to a 6n polo.. so maybe the mk5 golf parts will swap with the 9n polo?
