mk4 rear wiper

Hi, i know this is a known fault on ibiza's , polo's and fabia's but any ideas on how to stop the screenwash hose blowing off the motor/ or the joint before that (behind the o/s/r/seatbelt mount) would be appreciated..

I've tried wrapping ducktape around the hose that plugs into the motor, and both of the forward connections on mine have blown..

cable ties don't work, due to the connections being rigid, although a cable tie works on the front connection below the airbox..

any brainwaves appreciated..

I've been considering heatshrink on mine for about 4 years but never got round to it. It's worth a try tho

the joints ain't very flexible..

Heatshrink over the joints. It doesn't matter if the joints are flexible. The heatshrink should hold the joints tgether. I might give it a try over the holidays
