MkIV Golf GTI

Hi everybody,
can anybody tell me if alloys such as the following
1377253-1.jpg

in 16" would fit a MkIV Ibiza? I know the MkV GTI is 5x112, but as far as I was aware, the MkIV was 5x100. How would these go on an Ibiza?
Thanks!!

Yes, they will bolt straight on. IIRC they will be the same offset as standard 16" wheels so no problems at all!

Tyres are probably 205/55/16 which will be too fat... my Fabia vRS alloys are for sale with 205/45/16 tyres though ;)

no worries - if you get the info later post it up if you get stuck, i'm sure we could figure it out between us

might be worth a look at your current setup and measuring the clearance you have at present t, usually helps me get my head round stuff knowing where i started

If yours is a MK4 1.2 it'll be fine... most people jump up a few inches when upgrading alloys.

They are 6.5J ET42, standard Ibiza Sport wheels are ET43. Your steels are either 5J ET35 or 6J ET43

Advert says 5x98 so no they wont fit unless you can get adapters to change the stub pattern.

Would it be hard to adapt them? I think it would suit the car well and not look over the top. A first on a MK4 too?
