MkIV Golf GTI

Hi everybody,
can anybody tell me if alloys such as the following

in 16" would fit a MkIV Ibiza? I know the MkV GTI is 5x112, but as far as I was aware, the MkIV was 5x100. How would these go on an Ibiza?

Yes, they will bolt straight on. IIRC they will be the same offset as standard 16" wheels so no problems at all!

I've asked the seller for the tyre sizes. I don't have access to my car's tyres, so I can't really use these calculators atm! Thanks very much though! All I'm worried about is rubbing, or having the tyres stick out of the bodywork...

Tyres are probably 205/55/16 which will be too fat... my Fabia vRS alloys are for sale with 205/45/16 tyres though

might be worth a look at your current setup and measuring the clearance you have at present t, usually helps me get my head round stuff knowing where i started

Stock everything at the moment. Whatever stock MkIV's have it is, then! (inc. 14" steelies)

If yours is a MK4 1.2 it'll be fine... most people jump up a few inches when upgrading alloys.

These 205/45's are perfect for 16 inch alloys.

17 inch alloys need 205/40 tyres for the Ibiza.

Advert says 5x98 so no they wont fit unless you can get adapters to change the stub pattern.

Just get MkV GTI replicas, in 5x100. Same thing but better, and they fit.
