if there is an air scoop nearby to force / direct the air into that cooler then it'll be really efficient, not just heat radiating away, more air being forced onto the disc
The actual wooden shape isnt going on the car - its a buck to which I will lay fibreglass on and use that

This afternoons work using 2 part wood filler - good stuff to wook with better than P38, doing the other side after tea
there are 2 bolt holes in the bottom of the hub as a std cooling plate does fit there. this one is just an improved version
Two m6 bolts that hold the existing shroud on plus an additional bracket that will come off the top caliper bolt and another off the strut bolt,
