As there was abit of speculation about the MAF it might be worth logging that to make sure its not on its way out aswell.
 
If you done the bypass right then it should be ok,

But for a check, have a look at the N112 which has the vac lines connected to it to see if the third port on it is blanked off.

I dont the bypass on rogers' car and he had some problems and it was down to the 3rd port being open.
 
Do you mean the port circled in red - would a bit of hosing with a screw in the end do the job?

Nah the port i'm talking about in the pic above is where the two vac lines go to the N112.

Whats fault codes are you gettin when it goes into limp mode?


And come on, help us help you, we've only seen 2 logs in this 7 page thread and theyre next to useless as you only go to 4k.

Logs need to be done flat out from around 2k-redline in 3rd or 4th gear if possible. Did you change you MAF? You really need to clear all fault codes and do a throttle body alignment before any more logs.

I cant see it being a boost leak. You say the cars standard? your seeing major over boost there at 18psi which are quite aggressive boost levels for a mapped car. I would say either a jammed wastegate or faulty N75 valve or something is plumbed in wrong. Have you got a boost gauge? If so whats it reading? Similar readings to vag-com? If not could be your MAP sensor playing up.

Block 118 shows your 'actual' boost and wastegate duty, basically how hard your turbo is working to achieve the requested boost. Your logs show abnormal wastegate duty readings which usually point at a faulty N75 valve or faulty wastegate or actuator.
 
The Items ive changed so far are Cts,N75 and ive returned the n249 back to standard tonight aswell
Ive also cleard the codes and the same code keeps coming back...Before disconnecting my boost gauge it was hitting 1 bar on my gauge then goin in to limp mode...

Done some logs 2night and adam will post them up and explain what has happened..

Some more logs there. It looks like half of them are missing but they are complete!

When Danny puts his foot on the accelerator the car gets upto about 4K and limp mode kicks in, from then on there is no power at all and it takes ages to get upto 5K - and thats as far as it will go.
 
Those maf readings look pretty suspect to me. Can you try Adams maf maybe just to eliminate it? Also the n75 duty looks all over the shop, you should be seeing consistent readings there ranging anywhere up from 50% i would have thought.

I still think it looks wastegate/actuator related.
