My MK2 Ibiza GTi 2.0 16v

Thought i would make a thread about my car even thou i havent really done a lot to it!!

here she is how i bought her:

i first of all replaced the side indicators for some clear ones, and then got a set of mk3 cupra alloys in white with wolfsburg edition centre caps:

modified the airbox and fitted a good cold air feed:

i also fitted a front strutbrace and have the rear one waiting for fitting.


I fitted some rear spacers but i got 25mm ones because i wanted it to look really wide but they scrubbed on the arches a fair bit when i had passengers so had to remove them

also painted the calipers red:

Really love the black car/white wheels combo. Looks great when both car and wheels are clean.

yea i love the white wheels, always wanted a black car with a set so when i picked up the ibiza it was the first thing on the cards; either spray the ronals white or get a set of cupra alloys.

A real bitch to keep clean at times thou!

I have recently put some real bad scratches on the paintwork being careless absolutely kicking myself about it, which has postponed any future plans.

Once i got it all tidyed up again want to get a set of coilovers, new front discs and pads, central locking sorted and mayb in the future an engine rebuild

Get some 15 or 20mm spacers might stop the srapping and still take the wheels out from the back of the arches.

yeah i know it only scrubbed coz i put such wide ones on, gonna get some slightly smaller ones when i got some spare money!

Ah i usually go down southsea quite often. Im at waterlooville.

car looks smart i like the mk3 cupra alloys on it not sure about the ducting tho i cant say i have ever seen you car around i use to live in southsea and i also used to have a mk3 burple ibiza so maybe you may of spotted me

dont think i have spotted either of you! i saw a white mk2 gti with white ronals driving round southsea the other day, not sure if the owner is a member here!

it could use a bit of TLC but other then thats looks good

I dont have the mk3 any more i sold it you cant miss the thing the exhaust is bloody loud got my self a standard fr (for now)
