Looking good mikey!! :D

How much was it then?!?! Nobody has asked - this is the important question!! :)

Does look huuuugee

dunno about the price yet because i haven't payed for it yet lol will let you all know when i get the price would anyone be intrested in buying one then?? because i'm not sure if they are going to make them or not he said it was alot of hassel but i suppose if there were a few people intrested then they would

MickyH those figures look really good, and that intercooler looks huge ! Glad to hear the smoke trail has calmed down.

Out of interest though Peak power is produced @ 3500 RPM which is very low down the rev range and drops a massive 50 BHP to the red line, Surely being able to have full power to the redline or at least losing less power higher up the rev range will help your 1/4 mile times.

Do you change gear at 4700 normally, if so does it drop it back to 4000 odd RPM ? or are you sticking to 4000 RPM to make the most of the power and torque under 4000 ?

Also is the Jabba hybrid turbo the same as the Turbo dynamics one, if so I am sure that it's max rated at 30 PSI - 2 BAR.

To be honest mate it feels like it pulls to the limiter and after speaking to jabba an hour ago i have found out that thats not actually the map the car is running :scary: they put the wrong sheet in my car apparently its running 243.something going to get it on monday when i go to pay for it so will post that up when i get it  with regards to the turbo i'm not sure is the answer but they wouldn't push it past what its capable of i'm sure

what can i say.......... I have had the privalage of driving Mikes car before and after this FMIC and WOW that forge FMIC was such a bottleneck so glad you finally got it sorted. with the new map as well your car is so much fun to drive just plants you into your seat, really cant wait to get my Big Turbo now.

Great looking intercooler and figures! Have you got a picture of how they routed the pipes? would be interested to see where they go as the engine bay is so tight

You will also find that there is an awful lot of disinformation out there about the Forge intercoolers
with little testing to back up any of the claims or thoughts ,

basically The Forge intercoolers are so much better than the stock so will be beneficial no matter what the hp. We use 60mm diameter tubes all round so the flow of these are well suited to 400bhp (we have John Wilko Golf which is close to 400hp and he only has 57mm tubes and flow has been fine with both IHI and larger Garrett turbo's.
The IC has been tested in 2 seasons of endurance racing on a car with 250hp & 350 and never failed once even when the engine itself had overheated due to coolant fans failing.
We cant say without doubt that 400bhp would be achieved as we have never tested on a car with that amount of hp?

are you willing to produce a intercooler like this forge with inlet outlet on oposite side of the fmic??? would make alot on it imo!
