The reason I ask about a baffled sump is with slicks it's usually recommended that you have a baffled sump as you able to pull tighter corners which can lead to oil starvation.
I know we have a sort of baffle in our sumps but not too sure how effective it is compared to a proper baffled sump like the INA one

Agreed. I never really considered this, more to not knowing that there is something like this out there however it makes complete sense. I got a sinking feeling there is nothing like this for deisels having a quick look...unless they are all the same?
 
It's only the LCR that has the OEM baffle but TBH all it is is a plate that around the oil pump and pick up but it doesn't channel the oil to the pick up like the INA one does.
The INA one should fit all 02M Gear boxed cars with 6 gears, i think

Danny, any chance you could weight the starfish alloys with tyres on them for me.
I know now that the LCR 18's are 10.5Kgs without tyres.
Interested in 17's for track tyres as cheaper and a bit lighter, hopefully
 
Willie - I didnt weigh the LCR alloys when i got them but they were lighter than my old FR alloys. :)
 
had to put 15mm spacers on the front; and with 330mm disc conversion there was only a couple of mm between the caliper and inner wheel radially if that makes sense?

Yup makes perfect sense.
Will be interesting to see what the weight of the alloys and spacers weight
 
I didnt believe the difference at first so weighed them again :-

17" with nearly new T1R = 22.2 kg
18" with nearly new P0 = 20.6 kg

The 18 is an lcr alloy and the 17 an lcr style fr tdi alloy.
