I'll have to say that I don't really like 6L shape but this is fabulous! I'm glad that You didn't sell that car! All those problems is just bad luck!!
I was just thinking that is it possible to fit this just 5-speed TDI gearbox?? It's should be much stronger and durable? And another thing! Have You checked how much engine is moving when You step to gas pedal?? If it's moving much that could be reason to snapping those engine mounts.
And one more thing!
How much You have take power out in this diesel now??

The SS setup still uses crappy pipes all over the shot with restricted air flow.
I have hardly any more lag with this setup at all and it cost a hell of a lot less.
So its cheaper and more effective.
The only good thing I can see about the SS setup is that its geuine bits.

I could fit the 5 speed but I've spent hundreds on my 6 speed and think its fine now
I've also sorted the engine mounts now, I uprated the mounts myself with a bit of DIY.
I'm not sure how much power it is now but I'm getting a new turbo and cam at some point this year so after that I'm looking at another remap. Expecting 220bhp+

The set up isn't restricted if you use the forge pipes though
Forge ones still connect to standard ones
Just an update.
I was going to put the car up for sale tonight as I want a Ford Mondeo ST220, I've drove one and I love them.
I them came on here to write this update then came across some RR's and I have so much love for Ibiza's I really don't want to sell mine! Its such a hard decision but I find these Ibiza TDI's so un-reliable, they arn't even good on fuel if you like fun once in a while, well mine isn't and repair costs are mad.
I want 3 litre v6 petrol for the sound and instant power.
And I want the Mondeo as I used to own one and love the ST's as they have so many extras and look sexy!
What does everyone reckon? sell the Ibiza?

Okay thought I would update.
Kept the car......got a few other upgrades!
Some nice new boost pipes which are stronger.
Boost Gauge.
MK3 Cupra alloys in black.
Went Lower
Nice power upgrade Secret getting dynoed soon for a nice suprise.
Removed the back seats and stripped the back.
Killed my clutch!
Currently struggling to drive and saving for a 5 paddle clutch...

Must be Tolly wheels, They are the exactly the same wheel though, other than the PCD of course
