Yes mate, you can only do it in 0.75' increments.

So its, read ECU and adjust, write to ECU, then ignition off and back on again for the ECU to store the changes.

Log 020 after doing any changes to timing to see the affects. I'd start by removing 1.5'.

Take a screen shot of UniSettings once you have read the ECU for the first time, just so we can see whats going on.
 
No, it does not log anything. You have to use vag-com to log as normal.

All UniSettings does is adjust the ECU.

You can only use on e program at a time though. So you have to keep closing one down after using it.
 
Easy way to do a screen shot is press the PRTSC button, normaly next to the BREAK button. Open up MS Paint, then CTRL+V and it paste's the screen shot in paint.

Save to desktop and upload to photobucket.
 
do you reckon a phenolic gasket may help reduce intake temps with no fmic?

fmic isnt really an option right now.... what else could be causing high intake temp especially with the cold friggin weather?
