No beep beep!!!!!!!!!!!

Sum bloody twat pulled out on me 2day so i went 2 beep erm but no horn! he got the point wen i did handsigns but need me horn back! ne ideas peeps?

i dont know how to fix it... but make sure you do, you'll fail an MOT for that...

Standard horn faces into the front of the arch and as such ... gets filled with water - it probably needs replacing. It's hidden in the front part of the passenger wheel arch

Same thing happened to me. It was the horn itself. If you can get it out, I think it is the front passenger side if memory serves me, try hooking it up to a battery just to make sure it is dead.

I replaced mine with a louder two tone one, for just such an occasion!!!

gota say my horn is very loud , compared to other cars i drive more of a deeper note,

assume this is the standard tone/tune

I had to replace mine. It was a bit fiddly in my case because the replacement horn was a bit bigger. The horn is bolted on just under the front passenger corner of the car, and its just a case of unbolting and disconnecting the wires, and whacking the replacement in.

Eck, you need to remove your front bumper to get at your horn (LCR) as its behind the crash bar, behind the front bumper

You might manage with just removing the under tray but I doubt it.

Just cut the wires to the stupid thing, remove the passenger arch liner and bolt a new one into the space there - unless you have twin sidemount intercoolers in which case you won't because the space I'm referring to is already taken.

Nothing stopping you mounting it elsewhere though - just as long as you can get to the wires to connect it all up
